L&M Roofing is the premiere commercial roofing repair and install company serving Pittsburgh, Erie, Eastern Ohio and West Virginia. The company was started in 2005 by Jim Melnik Sr. Jim started his roofing career in 1980 and has worked for two of the most prominent commercial roofing companies in the Pittsburgh area. In 2005 Jim decided to branch out on his own and started L&M Roofing. With the addition of Jim Jr. to the company, L&M Roofing brings a combined 50 years of roofing experience to greater Pittsburgh, Erie, Washington, Ohio and West Virginia.
