Our lab is saying a bittersweet goodbye to Sarasa Toyhama, PhD, as she embarks on her journey to train as an MD at the University of Toronto. Dr. Toyhama made significant contributions to our projects, including MINDFULRAVANS, PATH, and BACPAC. As the resident genius at DTI, her expertise and dedication were invaluable. Stay tuned for her work on an upcoming DTI/PET/fMRI paper for the migraine PPG team!

To celebrate her time with us, the lab gathered at F1 Racing for a fun-filled farewell. While Sarasa’s precision with DTI scans is unmatched, let’s just say her racing skills are still a work in progress—thankfully, she’s sticking to medicine!
